How to: Plan Workouts Using Pinterest

Hello!
I am still growing so I am not looking to loose weight by doing this I just want to tone my muscles and keep healthy. To tone muscles and keep healthy it requires some work. Whenever I workout I feel like my workouts get really boring *Light bulb moment* PINTEREST! Hey why not? This is what I do. I have a pinterest board for each week (monday-friday) that I use to pin my workouts to. I will search monday workout, tuesday workout, wednesday workout, etc. Each of my workouts for next week contains 20 minutes of cardio but does not sepcify - so I also searched a cardio workout. Any excercises that I am unsure of how to do properly or do not know how to do (or want some variations) I look up and pin them to the board. This is my board for next weeks workouts:
I try to make my workouts interesting so some weeks I may have fun things like jumping on the trampoline and making up a routine or something like that. Although other options could be riding my bike back on our road or taking a walk and taking pictures. This way I get to take some GREAT pictures and get in a workout at the same time.

Also like they say "Exercise in the mornign before your brain figures out what you are doing"
                                                            (Yes I do this haha!)
                                                                 Any questions?

How Long Does it Really Take Series: Making your bed

Hey Flykids!
am starting a series of videos with the title “How long does it really take?” Often times when we think of certain chores, for example folding a load of wash, we really overestimate the time it takes to do that blessing. In this video series I will complete simple tasks and time myself. The first blessing is making the bed. It took me 2 minutes and 15 seconds. I have a bunkbed and I am on the top – I know how hard it is to make the top bunk. I thought it was hard anyway, until I practiced. Im not talking you practice making your bed for 20 minutes a day. Im just saying that I made a habit of making my bed every day. Also my sheets fall off every.single.night, so every morning I have to put the fitted sheet back on the bed. Even with doing this it only took my 2 minutes and 15 seconds (I figured I probably talked for about 45 seconds and the rest was making the bed… this is an estimate as I talked some in the video and didn’t just start making the bed.)

Dont mind my wet hair! I had just taken a shower..

Exciting Stuff Coming!

Hey kiddos!
I am working on lots and lots of videos for you guys.. just a little hint that it has to do with some interior decorating, school, and a new series! Woo! So thats what is going on here. It takes a little while for me to upload videos (about 120 minutes a piece) so I will probably get 1-2 uploaded by tomorrow and then you may have to wait until the weekend for the rest. Im am a little obsessed with doing videos right now lol! Anyways just wanted to let you know!
                   Have a great day!

You will need:
Tin foil (No mess in oven or toaster oven when you use)
English Muffins
Pizza Sauce
Cheese (mozzarella is best)
Pepperoni (or any other desired toppings)
A Paper Plate
Spoon Knife

Directions:

1) Lay a square of aluminum foil in oven or toaster oven.
2) Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350°F.

3) Split English Muffins (may have to defrost if frozen).

4) Spread desired amount of pizza sauce on muffins.

5) Sprinkle cheese over sauce.
6) Put muffins in oven or toaster oven and bake for 3 minutes.(Or put it in the microwave for one minute and skip to step 10)
7) Take out 'pizza' (HOT!) and put your toppings on, if you want, add some more cheese. (Keep oven door closed.)
8) Return to the oven or toaster oven and bake for another 4 minutes.
9) Remove 'pizza' from oven and let cool for at least 1 minute.
10) Enjoy!! (Don't forget to turn off the oven or toaster oven and clean up!)

Note: If you put ut in the microwave the english muffin wont get crispy it will stay soft. Also if you use the toaster oven or oven ask for permission from your parents before starting or ask for help.

Crafty Pinner: 2 or 3 Ingredient Pizza Dough

Hey crafters/flykids!
This weeks Crafty Pinner post is a pizza dough recipe.

Notes:
Spray pan before putting dough on it
added 1/2 cup more flour than stated
frequently dust dough with flour when rolling out
I didn't have self rising flour so I used 1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
The crust isn't crispy like normal crust
Thinner crust
VERY DELICIOUS
Add ingredients (sauce, cheese, and toppings)
then bake for 10 minutes at Convect 400 degrees Fahrenheit

Recipe:

How mine turned out:
It tasted a lot better than it looks.

It looked better before we started eating it, too.

There you go!

First Day of School UPDATED

Hey Flykids!
Today was my first day back to school. It went well - It is 1:01 pm and I have all my work finish. There was alot of information to take in and many many videos to watch for orientation - but now the first day is over and it  for the most part is usually easier from here on out.

I will share more later for now I am going to go have lunch and maybe take a nap (yes I still take naps on occasion)

Update:
We just had a downpour! I got a couple pictures but speaking of rain yesterday it was raining too and we went on a walk down to our creek. Got some really good pictures down there (at least I think I did... I didnt really look closely at them.)

My favorite photo out of the ones I took

Some of my work - what my "planner" looks like right now.

Crafty Pinner: FASTEST FRIENDSHIP BRACELET EVER

Hello Flykids!
This is the first post for Pinner Crafty Weekly. Fastes Friendship bracelet was really simple to make - once I got a hang of the fishtail braid.

                                                     Tutorial Here

Here is how mine turned out:
I used two different pinks and a light/lime green

What I ended up cutting off the rest of the bracelet There was about 8 inches of extra "emroidering floss". (I have tiny wrists though - small bones run in the family)

I didnt have a bead so I just knotted it multiple times in the same spot then put it through the hole.

I love how this worked out because:
1. It was quick
2. It was simple
and 3. It is removeable without cutting it off your wrist!
I used to always make them and just tie it to my wrist- then I would either have to spend 20 minutes trying to squeeze it off or end up cutting it. All that work down the drain.
So now with the little knot and the built in hole I can save it forever(or as long as it fits)
